It’s a weird group activity that most people don’t like to partake. They feel the need to get wasted and get up there and break my hearing. Now don’t get me wrong I feel that their is some social qualities to karaoke.  If you’re going to get up there on your own without the help of beer courage then I applaud you.  Just please try and sing in your range.

I was recently at one of these karaoke nights and there was some people there that sang the “safe” songs.  The songs I consider have a low voice and all the same tone where you could just hum along and it wouldn’t sound half bad.  A few people chose to flaunt their non existent singing talent.  One bitch even told a guy that he was off on some parts.  What gives her the right!?  I saw/heard her sing and it wasn’t much better.  In fact sitting here now I wish I had taken a video because she was taking it waaay too serious.  I still don’t understand public singing.

A movie coming out soon, Taken looks great.  I might be a sucker for thrillers because they are the closest things to horror movies I can watch.  This one seems to have a decent plot and some good acting.  What more could I ask for?  I can only hope it lives up to my expectations.
